Marking 60 years since the creation of Pakistan, the Second Taaza Tareen Residency provided 4 emerging artists with the freedom of creating work within a multitude of narratives which involved the progress of Pakistan as a country in the last 60 years. The interaction and sharing of ideologies with different creative minds at the Artists’Commune Colony in Karachi, resulted in a diverse body of work created by the Taaza Tareen  resident artists.
